Critical Issues for Faculty

All courses from Banner are loaded into Vista for Spring, Summer, and Fall 2006.

You are welcome to begin working on your course, but please be aware of the following:

Once you enter a course as the faculty member, the students will have access. The students will be loaded a few days before the beginning of each term. We recommend:

• Posting a note to the students the first time you enter the course in Vista.
• If you are using a WebCT CE site, post a link to that within the Vista course.
• Hiding any materials that you are working on that are not ready for student access.
