Other Problems and Issues- Students

If you have recently added the course, please wait before requesting help. It can take 24-48 hours for your account to appear in WebCT after you add the course.

For problems with course content, downloading materials, quizes, etc., students should first check with their instructor.

Students may also contact: webct@kennesaw.edu or call 770-499-3555.

Computer lab staff in BB475 are also prepared to help students who are using the lab and have WebCT problems.
