Clean up Word HTML with Dreamweaver

If a Document was created in Microsoft Word, the HTML can be cleaned so that the formatting added by Word is undone.

1. In Word save the file as a Web Page on your local hard drive.
2. Close out of Word.
3. Open Dreamweaver and select File, Import, Import Word HTML.
4. Browse for the desired document and open.
5. A wizard will walk you through the default clean up and list what it will change.
6. You can further edit in Dreamweaver and save or upload into WebCT.
