Q. What is WebCT?
A. WebCT is an online application software program used to delivery
web enhanced or totally online courses.
Q. How do I get an account for WebCT?
A. When you register for a course whose instructor chooses to use
WebCT, you will have an account created for you.
Q. What is my login for WebCT?
A. You have a WebCT login created for you automatically and can
access it on Banner. The directions for this are located at the
"need help" link on the WebCT home page.
Q. What is my WebCT password?
A. Your initial password is your KSU PIN.
Q. Is my login for WebCT and Pigseye the same?
A. No. Your WebCT login will be your 3 initials and 4 randomly
generated numbers.
Q. I have forgotten my login and password. What should I do?
A. Your instructor can reset your password for you or you can fill
out a request in the ITS Computer Lab to reset your password.
Q. How can I get to WebCT from home?
A. WebCT is accessible from anywhere in the world on the World
Wide Web. We suggest that you use either Internet Explorer or
Netscape Navigator 4.x as your browser. Do NOT use AOL.
Q. How do I access WebCT from the Kennesaw intranet
A. Simply open a browser and type: http://courses.kennesaw.edu in
the URL field.
Q. Is there any specific browser that I need to use for
WebCT?
A. We suggest that you use either Internet Explorer or Netscape
Navigator 4.x as your browser. Do NOT use AOL.
